"Aloha! I’m Miranda, the crazy-cat-lady-crafter. I’m always loved creating and hands-on learning, which is why I think I went to school to be a teacher. After graduating I taught Special Ed in Hawaii for over 6 years. In February 2017 my husband’s job (army medic) relocated us to Washington, where I decided to take a break from teaching to stay at home with our young kids.
During my time at home my crafting has amped up with the purchase of my Cricut and Glowforge. I love creating custom ornaments that help to highlight an important memory or event. The items I sell were drawn & designed by me, and I take pride in that.
One of my biggest joys is teaching paint nights, but since the beginning of the pandemic I made the decision to shift towards virtual tutorials and making craft kits that people can enjoy in their own homes. I only have a few craft kids designed currently, but I am always looking to create more.

"Over thirty years ago we started our fused glass journey in Oregon as a hobby and we soon found our items featured in several galleries in Washington and Oregon. When my husband passed away a few years ago, the glass was put into storage. We have recently begun to produce fused glass again, creating beautiful and affordable pieces to be enjoyed by everyone.
Our fused glass creations are all original designs, using techniques that we have developed over the years. Our larger fused glass creations will always include our signature stamp, a small dichroic square, which signifies its value and uniqueness.
This signature stamp has been with us since we started in the fused glass world.
Our designs vary greatly and at times our techniques has been mistaken as painting on glass. Over the years we have developed a schedule for our annealing (heating the glass to change its physical properties) to ensure its durability and longevity, which is why all of our creations are made with a minimum of two thicknesses of glass."
