Pierce College Science Dome

The Pierce College Science Dome in Lakewood offers plenty of learning and fun activities for the whole family.  Make sure you visit in March for the planetarium programs they offer.  You and your family will be able to explore the night sky, the universe, and learn about new astronomical discoveries.  To learn more make sure you visit HERE

HOURS FOR THE SHOWS:

Friday: 7:00 PM-8:00 PM

Saturday:  3:15 PM-4:15 PM

*no show on March 14th

The shows start with a half hour interactive tour of our current night sky and are followed by a 25-40 minute full-dome video.

Please consider before bringing small children the Science Dome gets very dark and they will have to sit for about an hour long.


COST:

$6.00 for general admission (ages 3 & up). 

 Pierce College students are free with Pierce College Student ID.

Saturday, March 14th at 12:00 PM - Special FREE Event: Pi Day!  Regular shows are canceled

Friday, March 20th at 7:00 PM: Moons: Worlds of Mystery

Saturday, March 21st at 3:15 PM: Dynamic Earth

Friday, March 27th at 7:00 PM: Undiscovered Worlds

Saturday, March 28th at 3:15 PM: Secret Lives of Stars
