Meet Ali Bozic. She recently launched Infinterest, an innovative way for real estate brokers to partner with local business owners who would like to introduce themselves to potential home owners. Real estate brokers may be limited to their advertising of a home for their clients and now they have the ability to leverage the fans of local businesses to get more views of a home.
Have you ever just moved into a place and were wondering, where is a local place to eat or would like to know about other businesses in the area? Ali's approach is simple. She unites the real estate broker, local business and the potential homebuyer into a new home buying experience. Last month we attended an open house in Tacoma. The home was recently remodeled and made me want to buy it! Featured was Shake, Shake, Shake restaurant that had delicious sliders. Those that have visited Shake, Shake, Shake know how good that their burgers are! Served with some soda in the classic glass bottle, it was a great way to get a tour of the home.
I also got to meet Jessica Larimore who introduced me to Melaleuca. She also leads the Polka Dot Powerhouse- South Sound, WA Chapter, a group of women entrepreneurs. I digress. Melaleuca is a company with all kinds of wellness products and stuff for the home as well. It was enlightening to meet Jessica.
Finally we met Nina Nearhoff of Mary Kay who has been in the business for around 20 years. She is a pro and I think everyone knows that Mary Kay has some great products. Besides, I love supporting the small business owner who is dedicated and professional.
Overall it made the viewing of a home fun and made me interested into what else is in the community. This is a genius endeavor especially with organic traffic on social media at all time lows due to especially recent changes in Facebook's algorithms. You now increase your exposure.
